i was keenly watching the Citizen coverage in the dawn of a new era as well as familiarizing myself with all the contents of the new document. Under the clause in the article of imposition of Tax, the re-knowned lawyer Okong’o O mogeni hinted that all Mps will be required to pay Tax no matter the earlier local arrangements and the discussion they had in Parliament Kamukunji.

Now i ask, will the honorable Members pay tax? or will they paralyze government proceedings in Parliament if the Taxman implements a tax deduction come September 2010.
