Kenyans,
I do beg the Kenyan parliamentary house speaker Mr. Marende to visit Scandinavian parliament or the UK parliament before he chairing the constitution implementation. If he does not do that Kenyans will have the worst implementation ever seen in any democratic society today. The document can turn to be a nightmare to Kenyans who voted YES for the paper. The speaker should be neutral but also logical and reasonable and lead to good future. Finland is a small country but have one of the best democratic parliament in the world today. I do suggest to Mr. Kenneth Marende to contact the Finnish parliamentary speaker Mr. Sauli Niinisto for a good advice. This same Marende is the same man who said that MPs can only pay tax if they do feel that they are philanthropic enough. To him paying tax in our society and contributing to society building should only be done if you do feel to be philanthropic what an education he packed in his brain?. Has he ever thought where his salary comes from, how is that money made?. Good people; a House speaker who is supposed to lead and guide the parliament vomiting such words in a country where children are still dying because of luck of proper nutrition or petty diseases which can cured. Now he has jumped with these words; No wonder why even Europeans do doubt if Africans will really catch up with them. It is a pity for a nation to harbour such brains as their leaders.
Speaker opposes exclusion of ‘No’ MPs

Marende was damn wrong here. we cannot trust people to implement what they did not believe in, and so far they havent told the nation that they have changed their mindsets about the document.
they should be ashamed to demand positions on a committee that will be implementing a’ rotten piece of work’
Mine is a different agenda and not Marende’s issue
CONNED BY A DIPLOMAT WORKING AT THE KENYA EMBASSY ,NEW DELHI INDIA
This is the story that can shock you all and I feel it is here in Jaluo.com where we do meet to ponder over such issues. My name is ODUOR ABWAO GOMBAS Jadede.a journalist by profession, son of the late DO ABWAO AND the late ROSE ABWAO.Having done my M.sc Media management course, am now working in India in the co-rporate world and training those in the BPO SECCTOR.I’am also doing part time lecturing at a college within the outscarts of india’s capital Delhi.Sometimes back in 2007 I met a man described as LAWRENCE CHEMONGES,who was wroking at the Education section at the kenyan mission. He seemed to be a gentleman from the look of it and as such we developed some sort of closeness.I had just visited the mission to submit my masters thesis for the Mission record when we eventually becamne friends, good feinds of course.Being a writer,I informed him that I was working on few novels and i had just completed two entittled .”PILING LOGS ON A DONKEY”and “MAY THE DOGS EAT IN PEACE.Due to that the man CHEMONGES convinced me to join hands with him so that we could write a book about Indian life. That we indeed started and it is half way since he left for kenya at the expiry of his postings. As he was leaving I gave my clean 50,000 Indian rupees and a WELDING MACHINE to take home for me.In the process I had an eye operation and I couldn’t work as hard as before. For that reason I tried to contact Mr.CHEMONGES to send me my money back so that I can even bopok a ticket and come home.
That has been the beginning of a harrowing journey,I was conned and the man now cannot pick up my callsThe kenyan Mission has even intervened but nothing doing. The matter is now with the concerned Authorities whom I have personally written to and hopefyully they will help me nail the man.He is a married man and even his daughters are studying in India but now I regard him as a thief and big time con.But as people who read Jaluo.com,why should diplomats turned into conning students??.Is kenya too corrupt that has made us appeared that cheap.Hope to come home in a month or two and seek justice through legal means and see where the journey ends.It is now doubtful the people sent by the kenyan Government to work at its missions or embassies abroad whether some merits the jobs or not.The matter is also with the our local dailies the STANDARD AND DAILY NATION.This story is not for entertaining anyone but to let us look at us kenyans whether we are honest with one another or not.We went war over an election result and from the look of things it was not about election as such, but lack of trust among the poor and the rich in the country, since those are the only two tribes existing in the country today.
Joluo un jomariek ndi to gima achayougo en ni ok utang.Be those who do not become so much proud of yourself because this is going to cause alot to the community.Let us be wise enough to compete with others favourably so as we can reclaim back our lost respect.Let us shun away tribalism, corruption and other forms of impunity so as we build our nation as one community but not as a tribe. God new the reason why He had put 42 tribes to stay in this country, so let all Kenyans embrace peace and stay in harmony.
