Kenya: Kibaki Has Broken the Law already before the Ceremony begun, he Stand Accused !

Folks,

The Ceremony is about to start on a wrong footing. Kibaki MUST be CHARGED
now.

What is being displayed is Grave Violation of Human Rights which Demands for
Immediate Legal Charges against some African Regional Leaders who have continually
violated and committed Crimes against Human Rights and persistently tramped on the
Public Demands for purposes of short-changing them, where the poor have suffered in
the past 50 years. These leaders have stolen Huge Sums of money and indebted the
poor people of Africa, pushing those vulnerable to a corner of poverty and starvation to
a point of helplessness. These violations are coupled with assassinations, mass
massacres, Internally Displaced from loosing their lands to the corrupt officials, genocide,
graft with other ill associated to acts of inhumanity.

During the years 2007 and 2008, Kibaki with others used force and committed acts of
genocide teaming up with Moi and Museveni in their Mafia Gangs, planned and executed
assassinations and massacres. During the Rule of former President Moi, he created
Mungiki to commit havoc and silence people who challenged his rule. In the event, Moi
used and dampled Luos after he found them irrelevant in pursuing his mission. This is
how Kassim Owango got terminated. We have come to conclude that the main reason
why, Luo’s bedrock for survival, Lake Victoria and Migingo got traded between Moi and
Museveni, the reason why Luo’s must be wiped out from existance.

Kenya Railways was translated to Rift Valley Railways and have since been moved to
full ownership in Uganda.

And Old Constitution cannot be a cover for the New Constitution. Kibaki MUST OBEY
and respect the New Constitution.

Let us demand for our stolen money, resources and Legal Justice now. This is totally
unnacceptable…

We therefore, demand help from the International Leaders of the World, the United Nationa, Friends
and Allies.

Moi and Museveni MUST be charged at the ICC Hague NOW…….and they must not be let
free to mingle with peaceful Kenyans who want nothing-less than Real Reform as is stated
in the New Constitution as was Ratified at Referendum. Kenyans will this time round, not
accept Micky Mouse hide and seek game.

Uhuru park grounds, the venue for Friday’s ceremony to proclaim the new constitution, and surrounding buildings have been sealed off by security personnel. According to the director of police operations, Julius Ndegwa, appropriate measures have been put in place to secure the venue and police officers on horseback and others with sniffer dogs will patrol the park until Friday. Kenyans are expected in their numbers to witness the event alongside scores of heads of state and foreign dignitaries who have been invited.

Kibaki appoints Ndegwa Muhoro as new CID Director

By CYRUS OMBATI

President Kibaki on Thursday appointed Mr Ndegwa Muhoro as new Director of Criminal Investigation department (CID) in unexpected announcement.

Muhoro will replace Simon Gatiba Karanja who died in his home in Juja in May this year. Muhoro has been the commandant of the dormant Kenya Police Staff College in Loresho and operated from police headquarters, Vigilance House.

He was the rank of senior Assistant Commissioner of police, meaning he will be promoted more than two ranks to be the director of CID.

Directors of CID are usually of the rank of senior Deputy Commissioner of police (1).
The announcement of Muhoro’s appointment was made by the internal security Permanent Secretary Francis Kimemia.

Kibaki’s man

It was seen as a way of trying to beat the deadline ahead of today’s promulgation of the new constitution, which could have changed the way the new director, was to be appointed.

The new constitution says the CID boss will be appointed by the police service commission and pundits argued the president wanted to put his man there before the new law could come to power.

This is the second time that Kibaki has appointed an officer who is not a career CID officer to head the crucial outfit. Gatiba was not a career CID man and this has been cited as one of the reasons the department has over years performed poorly.

Muhoro who will be the 14th officer to head the CID will come into office when the force is facing numerous challenges including low morale.

Insiders termed Muhoro as an intelligent and competent officer who can deliver with the support of his team. He has served at the police Air wing, Kiganjo Police College and served at the UN peacekeeping in Sierra Leone.

He joined the police force in 1991 and is a holder of Masters degree in International Studies from Moi University.

Kimemia said Muhoro has vast experience in policing work at all levels and has been a key driver in the on-going reforms.

“It is hoped that he will facilitate the intended restructuring of the CID to improve its corporate effectiveness, integrity, speed and professionalism in crime prevention, speedy and overall capacity, especially in investigations, prosecution and research,” said Kimemia.

Other appointments and creations

Kibaki also appointed Dr Frank Njenga to be the chairman of the National Campaign Against Drug Abuse Advisory Board.

The president also created 13 districts that he promised to various constituents as he campaigned for the new law.

They include Tarbaj, Habaswein, Ikutha, Kisasi, Matinyani, Katulani, Londiani, Awendo, Sameta, Kipkelion North, Mashuru and Kirinyaga North.

Kibaki had earlier in the day met with Prime Minister Raila Odinga in his Harambee House office where they discussed the appointments.
