In pursuit of the New Kenya, we have coined our maxim as; staying with the issues.

This is what we want to do from now on. We will be staying with the issues during the period of constitutional implementation and when elections are called, we want to invite Kenyans to help us stay with the issues.

Only then will we reclaim Kenya, and only then will we elect people of goodwill, people who can help move Kenya to the next level.

Our mobilization for our one day convention scheduled for 4th September has continued to receive more support. As we receive your pledges, we will be updating you as herein below.

Our plans and arrangements are gaining momentum.

The organizing team of Otieno Sungu, Elijah Kombo, Milliscent Odhiambo, Lee Makwiny, Dickens Mitawia, Benji Ndolo, George Nyongesa and Odhiambo T Oketch will meet at 5.00pm today at the Pan Afric Hotel to finalize on the arrangements.

We have come a long way. And on Friday, His Excellency the President will promulgate the New Constitution that we just voted for. We do not want to be left behind.

In the spirit of moving forward, a few friends thought of us sharing in a one day people driven convention, where we will share our thoughts on the Kenya that we want. We all know that the political class short changed us in 1963 upon attainment of Independence. They got their economic Independence at the expense of the people and we have remained in the shadows for far too long.
