For some reason, I think the Police should consider their stand…one of them being, they normally answer a distress call when it’s long overdue. They will always take their time when informed about a robbery at a certain bank. They will show up when the robbers have made away with the loot only to shoot aimlessly at innocent passersby .

In Tanzania, mere watchmen are armed with gun, they clearly know it’s purpose and the police in Kenya should not assume everyone is trigger happy like some of them!
