I hate mass hysteria. I hate the media, I hate hecklers! I hate all of them with blind passion. How many Simon Wachira’s are alive today? Stand up Simon Wachira, KCDF, KWS, National Museums etc. Which Simon Wachira is my friend, you ask me? I’m using him as an example because there are so many people by that name, but only one of them is my FRIEND. Some of you even share names with common thugs and criminals!
I know some people are bitter that they lost. Right, let them go on and threaten Mike Sonko. We the people of Makadara will not just sit by as our MP is being lynched by people that don’t have respect or values. They can buy the media, but we people of Makadara know why we elected Mbuvi Kioko, its because he’s one of us – and he’s one in a million.
If I was Sonko, ningevuruta sehemu nyeti za huyu jangili “DJ” hadi Buru Buru Police Station, myself! Na nimuweke ndani. We seem to forget fast that one day a matatu driver blocked Prof. Obel (the famous herbalist curing HIV/AIDS) and the guy didn’t even negotiate, he just whipped a gun and shot the driver! In Nairobi, everyone shudders when someone pulls by your window or stops in front of you, especially when they number more than one (in the case of DJ). I could have killed them if they did it to me that night. People don’t do that.
We all know Mugabe Were was killed by thugs through such tactics. We lost a very promising leader of the people.I personally know how he was a people’s leader. We mourned Were, because he helped so many people, just like what Sonko is doing in Makadara. In one stupid bullet, we lost a very hands on MP for Embakasi. As a Makadara voter, I would never want this replicated with my MP.
I know Kenyans (and the world) hate anyone that looks different than what we perceive to be normal, but its the people of Makadara that know what they want from their MP, and we proudly endorsed a young man with vision and direction, a young man with empathy, someone that walks and talks our language. If we really were looking for an angel, none is on earth. We settled on a man that was close to the angels.
We love you “Sonko”, let the haters mew, show them what leadership is all about, 2012 you will be the governor of Nairobi while they still stay in bed sweating over spilled milk.

Let’s be serious sometimes, what has this man(Sonko) stolen from you to call him a thief? do you have any proof? wacha Mbuvi asaidie maskini.
