Those who think that a President Obama will be radically different from previous Presidents are going to be VERY DISAPPOINTED. Below is the speech he gave to AIPAC – a Jewish-American, pro-Israeli, political action committee.

 Brethren,
Â
The difference is in Obama¢s orientation and advocacy. What has not changed, above all, is that it is the revolutionaries, not Obama, or any other president of the United States, let alone a candidate trying to become president, who can be expected to bring about the revolution. But Obama is different most of all, or most fundamentally from the standpoint of most people around the world, in his identity as black individual. Any expectations of him, however justifiable, derive from the mind of the beholder, who will remain free to make the revolution they were making before Obama came on the scene. Mostly next to nada, for the past four decades.

If you have been following the American elections and presidency, I want to remind you that Jimmy Carter was the most stupid president in all the 40 or so presidents America has got. Jimmy Carter was stupid as a sitting president and he has continued to be stupid as a past president. At no time has any American president beaten up Jimmy Carter in stupidity. Absolutely none.

Have a good week end.

Mulindwa,
How does the name of Jimmy Carter come in?
We must at all times be able to defend what we post. If you say Jimmy Carter is stupid, that alone is not enough. It is just like me saying that Edward Mulindwa is stupid, and I cannot defend why I say you are stupid.
It could be better if you defend your position with facts. But just saying from the blues that Kimmy Carter is stupid, is not being fair to the same said Jimmy Carter.
To be honest, he was voted for by Americans to be their president. They must have seen some quality in him that made them pick on him at that time in history. To become a president in America is no mean achievement.
That person who so campaigns in USA and wins, cannot be as stupid as you want to insinuate.
Brother, facts are best defended.
God bless Kenya, God bless Kenyans.

Thank you for bringing up the issue of backing up statements with facts. How about you starting by informing us one thing that Jimmy Carter has done to impress any one, as a past president.

Chifu,
Things can be alright in Kenya if our leaders decide to be honest. The question that is the food riots is global, and it is sad that in Kenya, activists are being arrested for saying the obvious.
It is only Raila who is bold enough to acknowledge the escalating food prices.
Unemployment is also a global phenomenon. In Kenya, again, if we are honest with our youths, we can achieve some redress. What is the point of having grandfathers, people who retired before Kenyatta died in 1978, back in employment?
What do they have that the young people lack?
If we also took to the policy of one man one job, we can create enough jobs for so many youths.
Mombasa seems to have a problem all the times between Jacoorozi and the Council with regard to garbage disposal. This is simply because the leaders are focusing on kick backs, not service delivery. What is the problem if the company can deliver and collect all the garbage and recicle the same for use?
I think that is what Kenyans must support, because, it will create more jobs besides making our environment clean. But politics seems to always come in. We are all the wiser when we vote next time.
When here in September, get in touch. In the meantime, I am focussed on the hosting of KCDN Embakasi Peace Run, and we want to make a case for the Kenyan Child.
They suffer the more when men and women fight for political office. We want Kenyans of goodwill to acknowledge that our children are the salt that will make the world tasteful. We must help them through their education, by availing to them all that will make going to school meaningful.
I invite you and your friends to help make this day a success. I still need T-shirts, since we will have many school children participating. We invite all support, material and financial that can make us have a successful day.
God bless you, God bless Kenya, Gob bless Kenyans.
