The cable says Mr Musyoka did not criticise Mr Kibaki directly but suggested that the Americans should nudge him to leave the race and give Mr Musyoka a clear run.

Musyoka expressed concerns about the health of President Kibaki and the negative impact on the electoral process should Kibaki experience a health crisis before the elections.
Musyoka seriously suggested that President Bush should call Kibaki to urge him to step aside. If Kibaki were to pull out, Musyoka contended, he would receive much of the support Kibaki had received (based on the traditional close ties between Kibaki’s Kikuyu community and Musyoka’s much smaller Kamba community).
According to the dispatch, the Mwingi South MP was damning in his assessment of a possible Odinga presidency which he claimed would be damaging to the nation.

He claimed that, if elected, Odinga would become “another (Venezuelan strongman Hugo) Chavez” because he was heavily influenced by socialism during his studies as a teenager in East Germany.
He also argued that the election of Odinga would lead to substantial instability fomented by Kibaki’s ethnic Kikuyu supporters.
The youth, Musyoka said, believe that an Odinga victory would be a “revolution” (in the sense of dramatic action against corruption and improvement in social services and other areas) and will be impatient for results.”
Mr Musyoka criticised Mr Odinga’s pre-election pact with Muslims, saying it raised the danger of religious violence. He also condemned the ODM candidate for campaigning for majimbo (federalism), saying it could promote intolerance.

May call you Bwana Eric…I have been following Wikleak revelations as you. Thank God there are reporters like Wiki leak (Azan) who ones in awhile put their “necks out ” and professional career on line to bring us the make of diplomatic sausage played by all nations on this earth.
I hope a day will come when ” Kenya has it’s Wikileak” so we can learn how your country play this diplomatic sausage making game with other countries. se If Kenya missions abroad are doing their jobs they should have as much “dirt” as US Embassy has on Kenya government in Wiki leak revelations.
Now about the Wiki leaks and the events that has expired since Kibaki withdrew his nominations. I will start by saying this…KKK Cabal is TRIBAL ORGONIZATION/ALLIANCE OF: Kikuyus, Kalenjins and Kambas formed to deny the current PM of Kenya from ever attaining Presidency in the coming general election of 2012.
May draw your attention to Wikileak revelations. I strongly believe that Wikileak revelations about Kenya government and it’s politicians are true. It is ad and true, Western Diplomats and others don’t take “tribal government like like Kenya” seriously. Read the conversion between VP Kalonzo and US ambassador and tell me ..if this guy was taking Kalonzo seriously. Warning to Ocampo Six and their supporters if you think that ICC has weaker case, red Wkileak and whip!!!!!!!
Forget about selection memory by the KKK Cabal in the way they are using Wikileak revelations in your domestic politics. For example, when Wikileak reveals that “US favours Uhuru over the PM, and the PM and his family were involved in Maize scandal, the KKK Cabal believes this is TRUE On the other hand when Wiki leak reveals how: Uhuru, some army General who is now serving in Kenya Mission abroad were involved in arms distribution in post election killings or how VP Kalaonzo spilled his guts to US diplomats about Kibaki’s health and most of all why the PM should not become the president of this country, the KKK Cabal in this case turns against Wikileak that the revelations are NOT TRUE!. It would be nice ones in awhile if the KKK cabal can stand for some thing rather that against the common enemy the PM of your country.
Take for example, a member of KKK Cabal telling quoted in Wikileak telling US diplomat that the PM” if PM comes to power, he will” revenge the death of Tom Mboya and Robert Ouko which took place during the two KK: Kikuyus and Kalenjins regimes. Further more that the PM is dictator and communist/ Socialist…. he was educated in the old East Germany.The KKK official went on to predict that…. in few months the PM would be assassinated if he wins 2007 election”..(look up these statements in Wikileak yourself)
.Again KKK Cabal, and those who supports them have vehemently denied these chilling revelations ” about the “assassination of the PM” if he ever become the President of this country according to Wikileak. It is amazing to see the hatred of the PM by the KKK cabal when you read Wikileak documents.
I would venture to predict/say that if those named by the ICC don’t face justice at the Hague, your 2012 election will be worse that the 2007 regardless of the out come. Those named in ICC should stand trial to deter future election violence in this country. The deferral of Ocampo Six to local tribunal is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!. You are known by the company you keep, you VP has been wasting your money courting the likes of Gadaffi of Libya to support Kenya case at ICC..I wonder if some of these Ocampo Six will one day meet Gadafi at ICC court!!!!!!. Again from adistance can some explain to me why Uhuru can call PM’s private parts in kikuyu and when PM return fire back by calling: KKK Cabal thieves specifically Ruto with his corruption cases in Kenya courts, these petition Cohension Ministry to investigate the PM. I often wonder what Presidents like Obama and other Western leaders goes through by the names they are called everyday in the name of “free speech” What would these KKK cabal do if they were practicing their politics in somewhere in the open society in the West?????????.
