Every once in a while, each person needs a break from that which occupies most of their time! Consider the following:

1.Students need a break from school.
2.Employees need to go on vacation.
3.Politicians on a campaign trail need to take a break.
4.Mothers/wives need a vacation.
5.Both religious and political leaders need to take a break.

Why such a break/vacation?

1.From the very beginning, God knew that a break was needed and so He gave us one day during the week to rest- Genesis 2:1
2.In Mark 6:31, Jesus told His disciples, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”
3.There comes a time when the community is tired of seeing or hearing the same person over and over again.
4.In this way, some people will get to appreciate others. Many a time people don’t realize the usefulness of others until they are gone for some time, if not for ever.
5.Gives someone a chance or opportunity to look at things from a different perspective.
6.It gives others a chance to be seen or heard. This is so much as relates to those who don’t like you for reasons best known to them.

Are you stressed up, overworked, whining/complaining all the time, burned out or need to re-examine your life! Why not take a break and go on vacation!
