Guys,

Kenyans need to acquaint themselves with provisions of the Bomas draft constitution in whole as the country gears up to the constitution making process.One striking part that impresses me is the regional govt’s that will be run by elected regional leaders.This means the provincial administration will cease to exist.Kenyans this will be a landmark decision.Today the provincial administration is merely an extension of the executive arm of govt-especially the president and without an economic development agenda for the regions—-I really mean the economic agenda not administrative one.

Please make an effort of reviewing the draft and make an informed decision when referendum is called .My view is it is the best document that Kenya should adopt—Do not be swayed by the political mischief that stiffled its adoption—Kenyans think wisely.
