It is amazing that even non oratoray like Bush can give flowing speech than the brightest of our own. Obama ofcourse has rare gift of speaking but still there is a unique genius in the west. Is it upbringing, food, cultural, genetics or just practice? I read through the speach and it was hard to believe that it was the speech he read from. If I read it myself, eveyone would walk away from me.
Hey, I was just imagining that Obama met Kibaki and the question he would ask may be would go like this: “You African kings, how long will you rule over paupers? when will you stop feeding on your own interstines?” Have you no more conscience to even steal from the starving and the dying? Must we come down to stop you?
Let us hope he does and pray that it happens.

Thanks yenyewe didn’t get time yesterday to be home on time and watch
the whole event.
but i’m grateful for the speech. i have read it and its a great one.
which still makes me wonder and today aloud: what made me vote for the
person i voted for in December 2007 coz none of them can make such a
speech. and for a fact didn’t hear any speech from any that could
encourage me.
Kenyans its time to think and observe carefully whom we vote for.
