Not so great a technology.Thats what news anchors have been using for
the last i dont know how many years. If you saw the Right Honourable
Raila giving his speech last year (acceptance for ODM presidency )
then you wouldnt be amazed! he used the same stuff!

It was a written speech… but he is known to write his own speeches!!!!!!
(Lesson to Kibaki)… But he always has a tele-prompter on either
side…which he looks at as he turns his head left and right!!!

All in all….. he has good eyesight and knows exactly when to look at the
screens so that he doesnt look like he was reading!!!
