Yep. Obama has no reason to grace Kenya on an official visit until these jackasses admit their failures and get out of Govt. Why should Obama legitimise this Grand Collusion of self-serving thugs and senile old men? On the other hand, if he happened to be in TZ or UG, he could use Marine One to fly to Kogelo to see family…

The Onus of changing Kenya is on Kenyans not Obama not any body out side Kenya. Last time Obama was in Kenya he talked about corruption and you all know what followed. Kenyan ambassador to the US Ogego attacked Obama before he Ogego presented his credentials. Now they are on the first line to congratulate him. Our turncoat leaders do not have class nor do they get ashamed of their deeds. One thing we have to learn is a person does not change his/her characters by changing parties, three quarters of mps are Kanu life members, regardless of which party they belong to today they are still Kanu members that is why we still have the same problems we had during Kanu rule. Look at how the same people who abetted Kibaki’s corrupt re-election are the ones who are championing for new constitution and electoral changes. My question is are they genuine or have they seen an opportunity they wan to use by making these changes?

I would say it’s necessary. It will ahve a positive attack on the country and the leaders will have a lot to answer, as it were. This is his ancestral land whether you like it or not and he will make an impact here! Just watch this man Obama from Kogelo…

CNN is reporting that President Obama may consider visiting Kenya during his first ‘meet the world leaders tour’. ” Of course Obama could look beyond Europe and perhaps make his first meeting with a leader from the Middle East, Asia — or even Mwai Kibaki, president of Kenya, the new U.S. president’s ancestral homeland. After all, Obama’s presidency has long heralded its fresh approach to the rest of the world”.

Is this necessary at this time when our political leaders have been embaraasing the country with numerous corruption scandal, given his(Obama) scathing attack on corrupt leaders during his inaugral speech?
