In 2002 the Hon.Musalia Mudavadi lost his parliamentary seat, being the then vice president, KANU quickly nominated him to parliament. He called a press conference in his sabatia constituency and duly informed the sabatia electorate that he respected their decision not to send him to parliament.  He then turned down KANUs nomination, stating that he wont go to parliament “by force”. If his people wanted him at home, then he was ready to do just that – he thus stayed at home. Having been voted out Hon. Julia Ojiambo is now in court, she seeks to get to bunge with or without the backing of Funyula voters.  Anything she can learn from her brother Musalia? I wish Musikari Kombo could also borrow a leaf from Mudavadi and decline the nomination he just recieved. The ball is now in their court. Â
