President Kibaki as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Kenya, is a big let down to our military personnel.

He has made them to be ornaments best used at passing out parades.

It sounds very interesting to keenly read your unanswered questions but for somebody with the stake of the country at hand, will surely do. Just to remind you and others, while Kenya was burning-up during the 2007 Elections, Kibaki took his unofficial visit to Uganda and in no seconds we had the Ugandan soldiers presence in Kenya??????? ? given same orders of shoot-to kill…….. Could it be that was part of diplomacy to contain the riots in exchange of the lake Victoria waters which serves no purpose to the commander in chief of armed forces. On the other hand, Museveni might be like someones quotes him “Nyamgondho Wuod Ombare”. Not long ago did Field Marshal Idi Amin declared that Nyanza and part of Rift Valley are territories of Uganda…..Folks, I could be wrong to have worked with both Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya Marine officers within Lake Victoria issues and Migingo Island was part of the Kenya sampling points. Our limnological and aquatic surveys in both countries does give Kenya the right to document on the disputed island. We all know it that Uganda made Fisheries a higher ranking and would do any unorthodox means to scoop its resources. There is already the sounding alarm of Lake Victoria water level fall of which Uganda is on the blame game for mass hydro-plants in Jinja among other issues. I stand to be corrected, with the current government, Kibaki has given the node on this a fertile fishing ground to Museveni period…..
