Folks,
The noise of a frog wont stop a cow from drinking water…….Ladies and Gentlement, nothing will stop us from demanding for Sustainable Change as a Civil Society and we will keep working out modalities and design to shape our future destiny……we have lived 46 years with failed leadership in Kenya….6 years of shelving an important document is therefore nothing in comparison. A Policy is a matter of review over and over again. It is not too late to pick up pieces and chart a New Begining on the Way Forward to a Good Democratization process for African Nationals and consequently an improved peaceful life style for the whole World order.
If this document failed six years ago according to your observation, then, it may pick up from a different angle of perspective and will therefore make sense. It all depends with who is who on board…..Mr. Ochwangi sir……….
A piece of advice, nothing is ever too late especially when it touches on matter of survival……..it all depends on how you look at it………..
Cheers!!

This paper was presented by experts SEVEN years ago…. did you notice that before you sent it? Are we expected to spend time on this because what? World bank and the US failed to get responses from the public in a timely manner? Just curious…..
