YPS_Ke,
Hallo fellow good Kenyans.
Sometime back a member of this forum did try to have fellow members state their reasons for not being rich and the excuses were wide and varied.
Well whatever your excuse is Harv Eker in his book “the millionaire mindset” classifies you into 3 class categories.
1. There are those who blame everything and anything….the government, our politicians/leaders, economy, place of work, education level, stock market, fellow employees, customer service, your parents, your partner if married, your family…..the problem is anything and anyone but you!!!
2. Those who try to justify…..they’re broke! They say “money is not that important, after all, it can’t buy life, happiness” etc. Most likely they’re perpetually broke and they thus try to find escape route for their brokeness. Yes money is not that important in some areas of life but important in other areas!
You cannot pay your house rent with love? You cannot buy food with love, can you? Yes now you realize how money is important in life, but not all the areas of our lives! Always, think of just being comfortable in life! You go to certain joints only because of “market prices”…..look at who frequents the 5 stars hotels, and those who go to the ones on T-Mboya avenue!
3. The complainants, always focusing on what is wrong with their lives rather than what is right with it! They have a tough life and aim low in life….just to survive! It is arguably the worst state ever to have yourself in! Most likely you attract the same kind of friends in your life. Avoid being a complainant, there is more for everybody in this world and even more than for those who are willing to wake up and pursue the opportunities to be wealthy!
It is time you sat down and thought hard about achieving financial freedom. Work towards regular saving and investing to be free from financial bondage! Whatever you heard while growing up about money/being wealthy……discard it and form your own blueprint about success and wealth, you can have it all!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only if you feed your mind well and have the right mindset then all is possible…..
Have a wonderful day YPS and let us open up to share more!
Regards
Josiah Onyango
