Obama has never been a burger flipper at any time in his life. Please take your frustrations to Juba Uganda and not to Obama. Obama did not present his name to the Nobel peace commette members to be considered among many other potential candidates such as your guerrilla brother Kagunda Musevevi or Chavingarai of Zimbabwe among many others you seem to suggest. This nomination caught him unaware too. So please desist from calling him names such as being a low class person. If he was one, why then did the American people elect him with a landslide mojority to the White House? Did they know that he was a burger fliper? Please weigh your words before you key them in this forum. And by the way, we don’t want you to wish us a happy thanksgiving day. Wish it to Museveni. In case thanksgiving is almost two months away from today, and when that day comes none of us will recall that a Mr. Mulindwa had wished us a happy thanksgiving day a century ago!!! Thanks for recalling me back from my long sabatical vacation from this forum.

Africans

Well well, now that the dust has started to settle down, I think I can
read what has been posted by many Africans and wonder why every one is up
in arms in praise of Obama receiving the Noble Prize. You see I woke up
last night about 4 am and saw the posting from my dear friend Gook stating
that the Norwegians had gone bonkers. And I stated a very limited concern
about this appointment, I even suggested what we expect from this
presidency which is to do his damn job. Man was I attacked the whole
yesterday with all name calling. So this time I am not going to wait for
Africans to make an intelligent discussion on the issue for to them it is
time to drink for Obama got a peace noble prize. But I am going to use the
limited time to comment on the reaction from the international community,
those that decided to comment about this silliness and see how we as
Africans differ in this reasoning.

I take my self to be a man that follows news closely but it never fell on
me that Obama was among those nominated to receive the prize, in fact my very reaction was when was he nominated? Until when I read Pat Anderson’s posting that actually the nomination took place when Obama was 14 days in office. And it occurred tome that I missed it for that is when I had my daughter in hospital and I was some how cut off the communication grid. So The Norwegians nominated him for in 14 days into his presidency, Obama had proven him self to be a man that builds peace. If that is not stupidity you tell me what is for in 14 days, Obama had not even learnt the corridors of the God dammn white house. The Israeli government was very fast do denounce this nomination and for a very good reason, this administration does not have a secretary of state, many of the state issues are not only directly done directly by the White house, but I still wonder if on any international traveling or any home conferences whether this president has ever traveled with his foreign secretary. I don’t seem to remember that. So when you do not have a vibrant secretary of state, you fail to make negotiations and that is what they have found out in
Middle East. The Administration has made its proposals and both the
Israelis and Palestinians have refused to accept them. Obama wanted the
housing expansion to stop the Israelis refused and to today they are still
building. Israel Tanks have re entered Gaza on several time under this
administration to not caring about the calls from White House to stop.

The Palestinians rejected the bend over the Americans wished. Bottom line remains that in the entire 9 months this president has been in power he
has not brochure even a single peace agreement.

Former winners of this prize went all way from Nelson Mandela that heard the news and made no single comment about it, to Les Walessa that wondered how he got it this fast. For you see men like Walessa fought and defended peace to receive it, they were not nominated 14 days in office. Obama him self was surprised and stated very well that I am surprised and honored for he knew down in his heart that he does not deserve it. By the way, my poor Tsivangirai of Zimbabwe that was among the nominated was puzzled about this appointment as well. This man was beaten and blood all over his face to being jailed when Obama was sitting in Chicago flipping a bugger, and here we are. Sadly enough Obama has to go to Norway to receive it but that is the end of that prestige price, especially if you saw the gasp of air that took place in Norway when that announcement passed.

United Nations was a good organization until when it started to be
controlled by the Americans and British save the Russians and Chinese.

There are those of us that think that UN will never regain its usage till
it moves from New York. But it reached its lowest ebb when it started to
nominate countries like Libya to head the security council, nations like
Uganda that have two million displaced people, to be members of the
security council, it became a joke that I would not be surprised if
Khomeini becomes the assistant secretary of the UN. That is when UN became irrelevant. The nomination of Obama has made this Norwegian prize irrelevant that I wouldn’t be surprised if some of the past recipients
return it to Oslo, for the Israelis are really pissed. The Africans though
are drinking in ecstasy, for this is great. Do you realize how this
history is being written about all of us as Africans? We elected an
African to lead we even gave him a Nobel prize and he still screwed
America large.

And the Toronto radio stations have got it very right this time, to make
the announcement from Norway accompanied with an immediate “But Biancey has a best CD of all Times……. …….”

Everybody knows that what is happening in Afghanistan is the fault of
the Americans right from the word go. Firstly they promoted instability
in the country during the 1980s, when they sponsored the mujahedin
(including Osama bin Laden) to distabilise the Soviet backed government.

When the Soviets finally walked out, the Americans also abandoned
Afghanistan leaving it to eventually fall into the hands of the Taliban.
Apparently their protege, Osama was so pissed off by this that he turned
against them. What is particularly heartbreaking is that Afhgan lives
were used as pawns in a CIA project that was nothing more than an
egotistic attempt to spite the Russians. In the process huge problems
were created not only for Afghanistan which is still unstable today, but
for many other nations today. For example British lives are being lost
because of mistakes that were unilaterally made by the CIA 20 years ago.

American lives are being lost because of the same mistakes.
