surely i have been a resident in komorock for over 10 years and i have never seen this KCDN or the 250 orphans. This i a very big number of children for one to fail to notice. And looking at the budget 11M is such a collosal amount that an impact must be felt within the sorounding. Please i may not know and maybe the organisation realy needs my help and since they are not visible they may miss it. I stayed the whole day on 3rd to see Mr Kisia come as indicated but i didnt see any. Is it possible that a whole nairobi town clerk would come to our neghbourhood without anybody having even a glipse of his vehicle?
