TRANSPARENT WAY FOR REAL POWER SHARING BETWEEN ODM AND PNU

The following steps will add value to real power sharing between ODM and PNU

President Kibaki should disband the 17 ministers he constituted recently.

President Kibaki and PM Raila to list the available ministries let say 34 or less. In front of the ODM/PNU negotiators, international communities and the media, President Kibaki selects one ministry from the list then PM Raila selects a ministry as well. Again President Kibaki selects a ministry followed by PM Raila. This process is repeated until the list of ministries is exhausted. Final list is compiled immediately from both President Kibaki’s and PM Raila’s selections.

The final list is read to the public right away.
