KITALE, April 11 – Two months after the Government imposed a dusk to dawn curfew in Trans Nzoia and Mount Elgon districts at the height of a military crackdown on militia in the area, traders in Kitale town have threatened to boycott paying taxes until the clampdown is lifted.
