Does any member in this forum have any success stories, lessons to be learnt (read failures) on CBOs that have been able to set up water supply systems in rural areas with help of Water Services Trust Fund (WSTF) & Water Service Boards (WSB)?  I have emailed WSTF & Rift Valley WSB at an address shown on their website (http://www.wstfkenya.org) and none has gotten back to me.

If WSTF,WSBs, SOs, QCAs, CBOs and CPC implementation ring a bell, drop me a line.  Oh … sijasema why I require this information. It is strictly for research purposes aimed at improving the ability of our groups at community level to ‘take control’ of water supply and
sanitation interventions at village level. All information used will be duly acknowledged.
