Folks,
Â
The video is proof enough record to have Kimunya bundled in jail awaiting details from other circles and Court Judgement. He needs to start serving his term. His arrogancy will not buy him sympathy. He may want to destroy evidence by eliminating through assassination the involved small messangers (erand boys) of Grand Regency Saga or make such people disappear, lest they spill more beans. Remember he is still very powerful out there. This is the more reason he should go behind bars. Can the President escape and reverse or undo video taped proof even if he loves the man Kimunya? Will the President choose, to serve the Republic of Kenya and protect its interests or will he go for Kimunya an individual? Whose interest will he stand for? Rt. PM Raila has played his part as Head of Government, now it is Kibaki the world is eagerly waiting to hear from.
Â
When Grand Regency becomes a story, it is not possible to separate Goldenberg Scandal. They both goes under one file. When Grand Regency Saga file is closed, the Goldenberg too will be closed along with it. When a marriage is complete and children are born into a marriage, you cannot separate the children from that marriage, they become part and parcel, a union of a family. That is exactly what it is with Grand Regency Saga and Goldenberg scandal. This story is deeper than come we stay.
Â
Good Day people ….. enjoy the video!!!

Solo: Domo domo
Chorus: Domo!
Solo: Karua toa domo
Chorus: Domo
Solo: Mungatana toa domo
Chorus: Domo
Solo: Kibaki toa domo
Chorus: Nyinyi mtakaa pale pale na sisi hapa hapa.
Â
What? Can this guy ever make a decison on his feet. For me Kibaki is a person who would not be my commandant at war. All the battalion would be completely dead. In war there is no time for long time reasoning. People have to make decisions on their feet. If you have an army officer who do not have the sixth sense then you are destined for doom.
While the parlierment has passed a vote of no confidence on Kimunya, Kibaki is still quiete. What is Kimunya to Kibaki that he can risk his own presidency for him. I do not think Kibaki takes Kenyans seriously. Kiabki has chosen to keep quite because he still belives that time is the best healer. Unforturenatley, this is not the case anymore in Kenya. We are tired of people taking advantage of us. We are quite aware that Kibaki is quiete because something is in his throat.
The grannd regency money has formed a lump in his eosophagus hence he will never toa domo. For a poor Kenyan like me, there is no fat to reduce my domo. In that case I join the rest
“Kimunya must go”.
If I was Kibaki I would vomit the lump of fat and join the chorus because time will not be the best healer on this one.

When the Hon James Orengo lifted the lead on the sale of Grand Regency Hotel, Kimunya’s first response was that this was a deal signed between President Kibaki and President Gaddaffi of Libya.
This was truly telling as Kimunya immediately removed the hang man’s noose from his neck, and firmly placed it on the Presidents neck.
Several days down the line, his storyline is changing. First, he denied the involvement of the President and that of Libya. Then, he is now bringing in the name of the Prime Minister. Can this be true?
If this is indeed true, why did he not come out with all the facts at the first instance when he mentioned President Kibaki? Could this have been an after thought to malign and besmirch the name of the Prime Minister?
Be that as it may, this thing stinks, and Kimunya should resign immediately.
He is saying that no one has come up with anything tangible that can compell him to resign. I wonder what type of skin this guy has, for there are several issues with all his 10 fingers of corruption on;
1] He did not advertise the Hotel for sale as is by law required.
2] He did not invite competitive bids from any interested parties.
3] He transacted this sale behind the backs of the Legal Advisor to the Government
4] He did not bring this issue before the cabinet.
5] He pretended to grant amnesty to one Kamlesh Pattni.
6] He undervalued the Hotel
7] ……….
Secondly, his other dealings with De La Rue, Safaricom, Telkom, Kenren, Anglo Leasing payments, etc are all wanting. If these are not as serious for Kimunya, then nothing will ever be.
For the sake of his family, his wife, his daughter, his father, his mother, and his friends, he should resign now.

Good People,
I have closely followed Government Ministers for a long time. However, so far, none has been as arrogant as Kimunya-not even my professional colleague Dr Murungaru was as arrogant!!!
First he claimed Raila was as good as a fishmonger!
Â
Then he went ahead to say MPs are a bunch of ignorant-ass-niggers!
Â
And he finally declared Kenyans to be incapable of thinking of anything aside from useless rumour mongering inspired by taking one too many cheap low molecular weight fluidy substances with a high tendency of rendering them sightless!!!
Â
As if that is not enough, he asserts that it’s in the interest of this nation that he does not relinquish his docket at the Treasury! Essentially he was saying, I’m your last chance you fools!!! Show me a man more conceited and I’ll show you the devil incarnate!
Â
Now have a look at aman who claims to be our last chance:
·        Goes to Parliament to claim the Govt still owns GR when it has been sold;
·        Puts the photo and signature of one man and the ID of another as a single entity in the list of directors!
·        Claims GR has been bought by the Libyan Govt when the Company buying it is a Kenyan-Registered Limited Liability company!
·        Gets 30 minutes on national Radio and TV to defend himself and tells us about his wife, daughter, family and friends!
And now about his record:
·        Has worked in the SERIOUS FRAUD office in the UK;
·        Sat in the Board that appointed Justice Aaron Ringera;
·        Crafted the Economic Crimes Act;
·        Head hunted and Appointed the Governor of Central Bank;
·        Sat on the Privatization act for 3 Years!
Do you know of a better qualification for a man to commit fraud against the republic???
Â
If Kimunya is fired for nothing else, it should be because he is STUPID!!!

Dear Wanakazi,
I was just laughing to myself yesterday, our politicians have done it again, they have successfully turned public focus from themselves (to pay or not to pay tax) and effectively put up a sacrificial lamb (Kimunya) – not that he is innocent, for the public to focus on, by the time we all come back to the issue of tax, the urgency of the matter will have dwindled.
They must have all known about the GR deal a long time ago….why raise it now??
Anyway, let me settle back and enjoy the show as we go along.
Regards,
Mercy Katini

Mercy Katini,
Â
You need heads up.
Â
There are lots of money from revenue and tax collections Kimunya is holding for distribution for KIKUYUS ONLY (this money collected from levy, NSSF etc needs to be located) something Kenyans dont know about, but must be told, that their money in Kimunya’s custody and its whereabout is questionable. What does it matter when Parliamentarians job calling require such allowances at their convenience discharge for service in effective participation? Yes Kimunya must go to jail because he stole from innocent unsuspecting Kenyan Public.
Â
Gear-up!!!!!! and thank you.

Re: This Man Kimunya –
This man Kimunya is doing exactly what most African leaders have engaged in since they gained “independence” from the foreign rulers–> which was ” no independence”. The only thing that changed in Kenya were the faces of the oppressors from whites to blacks people.
The way Grand Regecy sale was handled gave the inner working of
the Kenyan government since independence. This is kind of behaviour has led to undevelopment of Kenya and Africa . The elites in charge of the government do know the values of the resources they THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO MANAGE. As result they are practically throwing them away for small personal gains dished out to them and close friends by foreign powers behind the scene. Foreign investors call the shots and are free to roam anywhere to harvest resources. These foreigners have the tools to know location of the resources. The black rulers merely take bribes and walk away without knowing the values of what these foreigners discover on African soil.
Many poor Africans are displaced from their land by these so called powerful elites and are left lingering in slums and tent cities while oil, gold, timber and other precious stones are being harvested on the same land where slum and tent dweller Africans were dislodged from.
Kimunya is the most powerful man in Kenya right now.
Gazetted and empowered by law, the Kenyan Finance Minister has non-transferable
•Power to sign contracts with donors and trading partners on behalf of the Kenyan Government inside and outside the Republic of Kenya.
•Direct management powers over the Treasury (the Central Bank of Kenya)
•Direct management powers over the Consolidated Fund, its control and execution
•Powers over collection of revenue (taxes) and authorized expenditure exercised through Parliament
Take a note of this:
The President or the Primie Minister of Kenya have no direct and constitutional powers over Consolidated Fund and the Treasury. Only the Finance Minister has those unfettered authorities.
SO, WHEN A POWERFUL MAN LIKE AMOS KIMUNYA STARTS CONDUCTING GOVERNMENT BUSINESS IN SECRECY AND WITHOUT AN INDEPENDENT BODY OVERSEING WHAT HE DOES, THE COUNTRY IS MERELY OWN BY THIS MAN AND THOSE CLOSE TO HIM.
There is a power vacuum in Kenya now. New Members of PNU or ODM in some powerful positions may not know what was going on prior to assembling the “Grand Coalition Government” . These new comers could find themselves being blamed by the old “deceptive Willies” who still have their hands on the wheels. Grand Regency is a good example for that.
KIMUNYA IS A TOOL OF HOC COMMUNITY.HE IS INNOCENT AND
THE GUILTY IS KIBAKI. KIBAKI MUST STEP A SIDE HE COMES BACK TO STEAL-opado
