I was just laughing to myself yesterday, our politicians have done it again, they have successfully turned public focus from themselves (to pay or not to  pay tax) and effectively put up a sacrificial lamb (Kimunya) – not that he is innocent, for the public to focus on, by the time we all come back to the issue of tax, the urgency of the matter will have dwindled.

They must have all known about the GR deal a long time ago….why raise it now??

In any case majority of the MPs making the most noise about Kimunya support the tax proposal, HE should table the bill for approval.!!!!!!
 
Instead What we need is a budget that is development conscious to safeguard us from the rising cost of living not a useless debate that we will not benefit from.

You actually captured my point of view in your argument, we as Kenyans are wasting too much energy debating on taxation, on GR and Anglo leasing scandals and all other issues when the real plight of the common wananchi still festers on.

We need people to stop and take a step back and refuse to join in the political antics of our honourable members of parliament and challenge them to instead focus on nation building and be team players with the rest of us (which will, I firmly believe, result in a budget that as you say is development concious and an improvement of our living conditions and of course, narrow the gap between the rich and the poor – dare I hope).

That is why I took a step back and observed wryly that we are doing what we always do, lose focus on the pertinent issues as kenyans and focus on what, even though it matters, is the news of the day.

There Is No Magic Silver Bullet to evade charge against Kimunya, unless Amos Kimunya is put behind bars. You can cry, you can waggle all you can and say all you want but his ass is on fire.   Kimunya is the SPORTLIGHT no turning sideways.  He has holed all Kenyans money, and caused many to loose dear life.  You speak for him like he is the only one who has valuable life with wife and daughter and parents – others are animals, they are good for slaughter and assassinations, they have no right for living on Kenyan soild and when they are killed in cold blooded by Mungiki thugs and those possing as police sent to kill, excecution style. Give me a break………..Kenyans have no other angle to start, other than from Kimunya’s point onwards. Do you think you are smart?  Do you want to change focus so you can do your filth of assassination or cause some to dissappear? Are you not even ashamed of Kimunya’s unearthed deal.  What is your take? First things first.

We know Kibaki is trying to cool the temperature and he does not want to sack Kimunya. Whether he likes it or not Kimunya is going.  Unless he is going to live in Mass, even in Moon Kenyans and sympathizers will go there and get him.  He must be accountable for high level of economic crime of public embezzlement.

I seem to understand Nyandoto’s sentiment and he is as frustrated as any Kenyan in the majority  today, or some of us, so frustrated that I feel like the Jirongo’s and other Mps who on Monday are going match to evict Kimunya from enjoying public utility in the Government Finance Ministry.  I have the same energy something within me tells me I can walk from USA to go join the Jirongo’s and akina Ababus in evicting Kimunya from office.  I did not sleep last night and this morning I have red eyes with severe headache from not sleeping.  I was dreaming I was running harder than I can imagine spiting fire while Police were in hot pursuit behind me lashing me hard with their bantons. I was running because I did not want them to pin me down so they can ground and silense me.  I was using all the muscles on my neck telling them off.  My friend, from experience, it is all fresh in my memory and I can imagine what Kenyan feel today in the peak of when the truth and facts have been unearthed and are lying on the table.
 
While Nyandoto respects ethics of his job and under humanitarian – to condemn an act of inhumanity or to punish someone from wrongdoing does not mean tit for tat, or an eye for an eye or hate.  It means correctional measures that such acts are punishable by law.  That they cannot escape the arm of the law when followed to the later.  That is why they swear allegiance to respectfully and dilligently serve and protect public utility and resources that which are entrusted them by virtue of their representation, as public servants. Simply Nyandoto cannot fanthom why a Criminal Thug is given a roll-over red carpet, to a point he goes back to the office and brags (see attatched).  In his hands he has killed so many from Goldenberg Saga till now, and he is still eyeing to assassinate more so to silence them or people to fear him while he continues to loot and steal.  We still dont know what happen, why the proprietor (businessman of Asian origin) of the Grand Regency died in his room the day the Grand Regency transfer was going to be completed.  Nobody seems to talk about it.
 
However, it is a tricky affair in that (in the Grand Coalition Government) Rt. Hon. PM Raila has done his part as the head and the Boss of Ministers.  He coordinated working committee offices involved to go through their documentations and investigate under Wako Team. More information were revealed that were still unknown to the public which were found unscrupulous – evidential proof convicting Kimunya of thieving under Economic Criminal Charge by commission, which was now requiring authorization of the President Kibaki to endorse.  Raila found himself confronted with unforseeable circumstances, a condition Kibaki refused to comply to attend scheduled meeting which was to take place the next day at 10.00a.m. reasons that the information findings of report was received and dispatched to public by media before the siting of Full Cabinet Meeting.
 
This is total hoodwinking.  Kibaki has refused to do his part as he promised. From the activities on the ground, their attitude portrays team players. It is evident Kibaki is  working in cohort with Kimunya – the more reason why Kibaki refused to cede and accept he was defeated by Raila and ODM so they can take and control key positions in the Ministry, knowing very well that they stole.  This is evidential proof enough to Kenyans and the Republic as well as the World that there is no purpose for Grand Coalition Government, because a section of PNU cannot be trusted, that their activities are found to be wanting, that their intentions are to continue to frustrate and corrupt the Republic of Kenya through Economic Flight and by thieving robbery with violence – stealing from the country and its people their humble survival livelihood by design and by croocked means.  These people are ready to kill by execution style and are instiling fear to the general public and its citizenry.  A situation if not put to a stop, many lives will be lost and a civil war is most likely to errupt.
 
For this reason, I appeal to everyone in Diaspora (UK, Sweden, Finland and elsewhere in the World) to start contacting their Senators and Congress leaders, to go for demonstration On Tuesday to submit their resolutions. Let us also receive support from Kenyan Friends and Sympathizers as well as African Union to intervene so this characters do not disappear with Kenyans money as well as have their accounts frozen all over the world.  

Keep busy people and lets team up to put these people behind bars.

There are lots of money from revenue and tax collections Kimunya is holding for distribution for KIKUYUS ONLY (this money collected from levy, NSSF etc needs to be located) something Kenyans dont know about, but must be told, that their money in Kimunya’s custody and its whereabout is questionable.
What does it matter when Parliamentarians job calling require such allowances at their convenience discharge for service in effective participation?
Yes Kimunya must go to jail because he stole from innocent unsuspecting Kenyan Public.

Good People,
I have closely followed Government Ministers for a long time. However, so far, none has been as arrogant as Kimunya-not even my professional colleague Dr Murungaru was as arrogant!!!
First he claimed Raila was as good as a fishmonger!
Then he went ahead to say MPs are a bunch of ignorant-ass-niggers!
And he finally declared Kenyans to be incapable of thinking of anything aside from useless rumour mongering inspired by taking one too many cheap low molecular weight fluidy substances with a high tendency of rendering them sightless!!!
As if that is not enough, he asserts that it’s in the interest of this nation that he does not relinquish his docket at the Treasury! Essentially he was saying, I’m your last chance you fools!!! Show me a man more conceited and I’ll show you the devil incarnate!
Now have a look at aman who claims to be our last chance:
· Goes to Parliament to claim the Govt still owns GR when it has been sold;
· Puts the photo and signature of one man and the ID of another as a single entity in the list of directors!
· Claims GR has been bought by the Libyan Govt when the Company buying it is a Kenyan-Registered Limited Liability company!
· Gets 30 minutes on national Radio and TV to defend himself and tells us about his wife, daughter, family and friends!
And now about his record:
· Has worked in the SERIOUS FRAUD office in the UK;
· Sat in the Board that appointed Justice Aaron Ringera;
· Crafted the Economic Crimes Act;
· Head hunted and Appointed the Governor of Central Bank;
· Sat on the Privatization act for 3 Years!
Do you know of a better qualification for a man to commit fraud against the republic???
If Kimunya is fired for nothing else, it should be because he is STUPID!!!

Folks,

This is truely painful. Looking back in history of Kenya, Luos have been used as ladders for Kikuyus suprimacy, then executed
or terminated and many have disappeared or had mysterious road accidents. accidents that are truely questionable. Luo Community have lost
prime lives and shed blood for dear Justice and Democracy. I have been told, that cadets or policemen who were used to do such shoddy jobs were then given money and tickets to find assylum overseas and many came here to USA, UK and elsewhere as refugees. Some took tracks with neighbouring tag numbers, await for their kill at some spot on the road, or trail them then fake the accident. Some of these emissary killers are on the loose, and are enjoying peaceful lives in foreign countries oversea but are still the cartel of Kibaki, Moi, Saitoti, Biwot, Michuki, Kimunya, Martha Karua, Uhuru Kenyatta, just to mention a few. Some of the cartels or Killer agents have since gone back to
Kenya and are living comfortably, teaming up with the same.
Since Tom Mboya was assassinated in 1963, it is exactly 45 years. He did nothing bad to Kenyans. All he did was to utilize the brain power God gave him to dedicate his life for Kenya and he was a truely generous and committed man to Democratization cause.
Down the line in history today, Luos are still
a sacrificial lamb for Kikuyus to stay in power, even to a point they have channelled Kenyan resources from revenue collection, rent, fees, taxes, levi, NSSF etc as well as the discharge of public utilities to themselves and to their personal accounts an independent usage at their disposal.

It was clear, Raila and ODM won the election. Kibaki and Team stole the votes, refused to cede and remained in power. Thanks to God for America to have heeded to our cry, stepped in and helped salvage the situation in conjuction with Koffi Annan. The Grand Coalition Government was formed. Kibaki refused to share 50/50 and to distribute the Cabinet evenly. Raila is trying to tone and play the lame duck for dear lives of Kenyans. Kenyans, as they speak are ready to spill the beans to go to civil war, because these people the Kibaki and Kimunya’s wont bulge. The Kibaki’s and Kimunya’s have trained Mungiki Gang in Uganda and elsewhere, ready to combat with unarmed Kenyans. Today, Kimunya have been exposed and a Vote of No Confidence was prefered upon him, but he still refused to resign, bow down or leave office but remained defiant to Kenyans demand. Kibaki have technically refused to sack Kimunya.

Kenyans, Friends, Sympathizers, Foes and Allys, If I take the road to humbly speak for the majority voices to request for the Super Powers of the World Headed by USA; to come together and help Kenyans at this juncture, (tomorrow will be too late) to forcefully remove the Kibaki’s and the Kimunya’s from leadership as well as Moi’s and Biwot’s and be put behind bars – so that proper investigations of their past and present may take place, and that they can be held accountable and responsible for all the lives terminated and be charged according to law, so Kenyans can enjoy peace and tranquility, and be able to have the much needed Justice, Human Rights and Democracy together with the completion of the Constitution, will I have asked too much? To see whats going on in Kenya and Kimunya bragging and displaying tuff headed after he has been caught red-handedly and exposed to the public and the world, I am bemused.

With the fallen HEROS of Kenyans, may we plead again to the Super Powers headed by USA to jointly support this worthy cause of removing Kibaki, Kimunya and Team and support Raila and ODM to Rule Kenya until the next election in four years time? This can be the only gift to the family of the fallen heros in Kenya.

I salute America today the 4th of July in celebrating their Independence. May God Bless America, May God make America the Pillar of the World and May He God continue to make America strong and powerful by giving and annointing focused leaders who will remain servants of the people and who will shape America to shine and be respected all over the world. America a Community of Nations, America a country God favoured to be the light of the world. A light on top of the mountain shines the city.

God Bless America, God Bless you all and Kenyans will overcome, it can be done and it will be done.

Kenyan political wrangle story started way back from Tom Mboya (read on here under) –
it is an ongoing strategy by the Gema Mafia.   We now know from reliable evidence
that many of our young generation have been bought by the Kikuyu to sing a different
song without knowing they have been crafted on the scheme of Gema Mafia designed
plan.   Some of our young got drunk with the money dished out to them in pretense
they should team for  new young  leadership. These are their listed strategy
we knew about before election. They  have the youth  financed or sponsored for
leadership yet they are clueless of the past history and have not engraved to study
the wisdom of the older generation group, so they can journey in a fortified security
details knowing where we are coming and where we are going  as well as  what hurdles
are on the way.   They cannot go it alone without blessings  from the older folks.   The
young therefore will be an easy catch.    Here is where our young will unknowingly fit with
and become victims of the GEMA Mafia machination and game plan.   They will be
used to destroy their older generation folks and term them old fashioned.
 
Having said that, I urge you to love and care for your older folks, dont be in a hurry for
leadership, step by step reinforce your knowledge and understanding and join the
older folks as interns, pick it from there.   Share your thoughts and trade in with those of
your own  , be open to them, otherwise you will destroy your community.   Dont became Judases, avoid it if you can.
 
Many will not want to hear my story and will dismiss it immediately, but many will
take a moment to digest what I shared with you today to recline to a fortified strategy,
and yet there are those who have eaten, have a bone stuck on their neck will have to execute their mission come rain come sunshine -  will, with an instant, start to throw tantrums at me a turbulent I am familiar with – a case in point is Kabila some rumours
say was compromised to kill his father so the young can take leadership.   Again its all
playing in the masters tune. The mission still unaccomplished.
 
Ladies and Gentlement, young and old, money is not everything. Dont get drunk. Stay
sober and learn from past experiences. Wisdom is calling give it your ears and you
will be blessed even to your generation to come.
